For 2010 we are letting No 2 Ashmour through Marsdens Cottage Holidays.  Full details, availability & prices are available via this link on their website.  We also welcome private bookings.

Holidays can be booked for longer or shorter durations than a week, do phone us if you would like to discuss this.  Marsdens have guidelines on short breaks which detail when they are available, and of how much notice is required.

Please Note - our normal changeover day is Friday, with arrivals anytime after 2pm. 

Most people prefer to finish work early on Fridays, allowing them to travel down late morning or early afternoon.  For later arrivals during the evening, we can ensure that the lighting is on.  During the cooler autumn, winter & springtime months, the heating is kept on low, but will be turned up during the morning by our housekeeper, to ensure that you have a warm welcome!

Changeovers - please vacate Ashmour by 10am, to allow adequate time for the property to be cleaned through, fresh towels & bathrobes to be provided, and the bed made up ready for the new arrivals - Thank You.

HOW TO CHECK AVAILABILITY & PRICES:

1. To check availability, click on the bar - 'Availability'
   
2. A 1 month calendar is then displayed, with the key which explains what is already booked & what is currently available.
   
3. Other months can be checked by selecting the month required in the 'Choose month' bar.
4. Clicking on the dates you require within the calendar will automatically calculate the price for a 1 week stay.
5. You can adjust the length of stay, by adjusting the number of nights required in the little box.  The price will then be automatically recalculated.
   
6. You can then make a booking either through Marsdens, by following their on-line instructions, or by phoning us.

Holidays with a Baby:

We have the space to accommodate a baby, but you will need to supply your own travel cot & accessories.  Please advise us when booking if you are bringing a baby with you.

We have teamed up with Westwood (boutique B & B) so that you can have the best of both worlds.  Subject to availability, you can book for both Ashmour & Westwood together, allowing you the freedom & flexibility to suit your own situation.  We can also put you in touch with 2 other holiday property owners in the immediate area.  Both have sea facing apartments that sleep 4 people in 2 bedrooms - one double bedroom & one twin bedded room.
